Refund Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@bobbieonwheels.com with:
- Your order number
- Full name and email address or phone number
- Whether you'd like a refund or exchange
- The reason for your request
- Clear photos of any flaws or defects (if applicable)
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We don't provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable service.
Returns Are Not Accepted If:
- The wrong size was ordered and a size chart was provided
- The item was damaged after delivery
- A defect was not reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- You don't respond to our follow-up within 72 hours
- The return is based on personal preference (color, feel, fit)
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:
- A valid tracking number is required before any refund is issued
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
- Processing takes up to 4–5 weeks from the moment you ship your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Defective Items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. For confirmed defects, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund — your choice.
