Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@bobbieonwheels.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Full name and email address or phone number
  • Whether you'd like a refund or exchange
  • The reason for your request
  • Clear photos of any flaws or defects (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We don't provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable service.


Returns Are Not Accepted If:

  • The wrong size was ordered and a size chart was provided
  • The item was damaged after delivery
  • A defect was not reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • You don't respond to our follow-up within 72 hours
  • The return is based on personal preference (color, feel, fit)

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • A valid tracking number is required before any refund is issued
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Processing takes up to 4–5 weeks from the moment you ship your return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Defective Items

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. For confirmed defects, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund — your choice.
