Overview
When I started Bobbie On Wheels, I made a promise to myself: treat every customer the way I wanted to be treated in my restaurant — with care, honesty, and no surprises. That's how we handle your order too.
We ship to all 50 US states, including P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
Free standard shipping on all orders.
Delivery Timeframes Every order goes through two stages:
1. Processing Time (24–48 hours) We personally confirm, inspect, and pack your order before it leaves us. Most orders are processed within one business day — orders placed on Fridays or weekends may take a little longer.
2. Delivery Time (6–10 Business Days)
- Continental US: 6–10 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 8–14 business days
Heads up: During peak seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may run a little longer than usual.
Order Cancellations Once your order is placed, we get to work on it straight away — which means we can't cancel it after processing has begun. If something isn't right when it arrives, you have 90 days to return it under our Return & Refund Policy. No hassle.
